Asmara — Eritrean community members residing in the US city of Los Angeles and its environs voiced staunch resistance against external conspiracies.

They expressed their resistance at a seminar during which they lauded the development accomplishments being registered in the Homeland on the basis of integrated popular and government endeavors.

Mr. Yemane Gebreab, Member of the community's managing committee, explained that the triumph in the nation-building process attests to the aptness of Eritrea's policy of self-reliance. He further pointed out that the community members would as ever back up the national development drive.

The participants of the seminar on their part said that they would enhance participation in State affairs. Meanwhile, reports indicated that the community members are extending support to 50 families of martyrs on regular basis.
