Angola: Ombudsman Eyes Greater Dynamism and Effectiveness in 2013

Luanda — The country's Ombudsman, Paulo Tjipilica, on Thursday envisaged for his sector a greater dynamism, effectiveness and urbanity in 2012, Angop has learnt.

The official said so when speaking at the year-end greeting ceremony of his institution.

In addition, the dynamism will be represented by a greater divulgence of the sector services in a protocol that will be signed in coming times, between the Ministry of Social Communication and the Ombudsman office.

According to him, this will facilitate the Ombudsman office works, through the social communication and it will bring closer the citizens to this service because the dynamism will be better quality of interaction with the citizen.

With regard to urbanity, he said that all the officials of the Ombudsman office must have a sensitive heart to misery and other people's pain because the citizens that seek its services want to have their problems resolved.
