North Africa: Egyptian, Mauritanian and Libyan Leaders to Attend Celebration of Second Anniversary of Revolution

Tunis — Several Arab Heads of State will attend, next January 14, the celebration of the second anniversary of the Revolution of freedom and dignity, at the invitation of Caretaker President of the Republic Mohamed Moncef Marzouki.

In a statement, on Thursday, to TAP news agency Spokesman of the Presidency of the Republic Adnane Mnasser specified that Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, and President of Libyan General National Congress Mohamed Youssef El-Megaryef, will take part in the festivities, pending other confirmations from leaders and senior officials of Arab and Foreign countries.

Besides, the Spokesman of the Egyptian Presidency of the Republic Yasser Ali said, on Thursday, to the media that President Mohamed Morsi will participate in the celebration of the Revolution in Tunisia, on January 14, following the invitation of his Tunisian counterpart Moncef Marzouki.
