Kenya: Trans Nzoia Faults CORD Zoning Deal
By Nicholas Wamalwa, 22 December 2012
ODM members from Trans Nzoia have faulted Cord's zoning deal. Led by Chairman Ronald Sawenja and Godfrey Shiundu, the members said all candidates should be allowed compete for seats at the county level.
But Ken Wafula, who is eyeing Trans Nzoia senator in the Ford Kenya ticket, said the zoning agreement should be applied. He said the deal will strengthen the alliance.
