Tunis — Cultural workshops on scenario, production, photography and theatre are organised, on December 17-28 in Tunis, for the benefit of young offenders, as part of the "AGORA-Débat de la ville" (city debate) Programme.
Initiated by the National Youth Observatory (ONJ) with the assistance of the United Kingdoms Embassy in Tunis.
