Kenya: Nurses Take Union Registration Matter to Court

Striking nurses have moved to court to seek orders to quash decision barring their union from registration. In a petition filed at the Industrial court, Union leader Seth Panyako says the refusal to register the Kenya National Union of nurses is unconstitutional and invalid. The nurses have been on strike for four weeks.
