Kenya: Nurses Case to Be Heard Today

Striking nurses have gone to court seeking orders to stop the authorities from victimizing them. The nurses have been on strike for 4 weeks pushing for the registration of their union. They also want the court to issue orders to nullify a decision barring their union from registration.
