Gambia: Nyokoyorr FC, Kulukochi United in Gunjur Knockout Semis

Nyokoyorr FC and Kulukochi United are through to the semi-finals in the Gunjur Knockout semis after winning their quarterfinal ties on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Gunjur Nyamina Football Field.

Nyokoyorr FC progressed to the semi-final after beating Solifo Investment 2-0 on Tuesday, courtesy of Saikouba Manneh and Sheriff Touray in the15th and 43rd minutes of the game respectively.

Kulukochi United FC booked their ticket to the final after a 2-1 win over last year's league runners-up Oxford United FC in the other quarterfinal game played on Wednesday.

Nyokoyorr FC will now meet 2010 knockout champions Manchester United in the first semi-final game on Saturday 29 December 2012, at the Gunjur Nyamina Football Field.

Elsewhere, Kulukochi United will take on Turkey United FC in the second semi-final tie on Sunday 30 December 2012, at the Gunjur Nyamina Football Field.
