Egypt: Interior Minister Underscores Coordination With Armed Forces to Impose Security Control in Sinai

Interior Minister Ahmed Gamal el-Din has reiterated full coordination with the Armed Forces in order to impose security control in Sinai.

The Minister's remarks came on Thursday 27/12/2012 during a visit here to inaugurate Talkha Police Station with Governor Salah el-Maadawy.

There are ongoing security enforcements in Sinai to impose full security control there, he added.

He noted that police exercised maximum self-restraint during the violence at Al-Qaed Ibrahim Mosque in Alexandria.
