Egypt: Sisi Says Armed Forces Always Protective Shield of Nation

Defense Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces General Abdel Fattah Sissi said on Thursday 27/12/2012 that the Armed Forces will be always Egypt's protective shield.

Sisi asserted that the Armed Forces perform their duties bravely and sincerely and are always ready to fulfill the call of the nation and protect its national security.

The minister made his remarks during his meeting with a number of Armed Forces top brass and officers.

The minister honored some officers and non-commissioned officers in appreciation for their performance and devotion to serve their country.
