Tunis — Prime Minister Hamadi Jebali conferred, on Friday, with Islamic, Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (ISESCO) Director-General Abdelaziz ben Othman Touijri about means to further develop co-operation between Tunisia and ISESCO.
In a statement to the media, Mr. Touijri said that he had briefed the Prime Minister about the various projects launched by ISESCO in Tunisia in the past year.
He added that Tunisia, ISESCO founding country, has constantly supported the organisation in its various projects, pointing out that ISESCO intends to develop and multiply projects with the Ministries of Culture, Education and Higher Education in the coming years, in order to back up Tunisia in its sustainted development.
Besides, he said that he presented Mr. Jebali with copies of ISESCO's latest scientific and cultural publications and with the gold emblem of the Organisation, on the 30th anniversary of its creation.
