Namibe — Power supply to the south-east Namibe province has improved a lot over the last times with the functioning of new distribution and transforming infrastructures.
This was said to Angop by the provincial director of the National Electricity Company (ENE) in Namibe, Vidal Gonçalves.
In addition, the director said that the improvement was recorded in the surrounding areas.
He also said that during this period it was made great investments in the domain of distribution, such as the rehabilitation and installation of 18 transforming power stations, construction of 54 kilometres of air medium tension line, 145 kilometres of low tension line, as well as installation of 11.000 new domestic installations.
