Luanda — The Minister of Welfare and Social Reintegration, João Bapitsta Kussumua, on Friday here said that his sector will in 2013 pay special attention to most vulnerable people with assistance programmes and projects, meant to create autonomous and worthy conditions.
"This sector will continue creating responses that aim at updating populations, avoiding situations of dependence at long term. Thus, we will keep and improve projects such as generation of jobs and incomes, as well as professional training for vulnerable people", he said when speaking at the year- end greeting ceremony
According to him, the profitability of the structures of social assistance and creation of new replies will also be one area of continuity, keeping the investment in training of social cadres that meet the quality of service of the created structures.
He said that it will be materialised the strategy of professional training of basic social service, to assure the actions of community education, very important in the current social context of country's development, as well as prevention and management of social risks and thus reinforce the competencies of families in care of children and elderly people in social environment.
