Angola: Livega to Hold General Assembly Next Year

Luanda — The League of Support to War Veterans and Liberation of Angola (LIVEGA) will hold a general assembly in 2013 with a view to giving more dynamism to the action carried out by the Non-governmental Organization (NGO).

This information was released on Friday to Angop by the secretary general of the league, Cristóvão Quina.

He said that the event will primarily focus on renewal of its Executive Secretariat.

"We want to elect for Executive Secretariat of Livega genuine war veterans who are willing to work at full time for the organisation, contrary to what happens now", he stressed.
