Algeria Lose Handball Friendly

The Algerian men's handball team lost 31-24 to Slovakia in a friendly played Friday (December 28th) in Trnave, Hungary. It was the first of the two friendly games to be played ahead of the World Cup, scheduled January 11th-27th in Spain. On Sunday, the Greens will face Slovenia.

In Spain, Algeria will play in Group D, along with the host country, Hungary, Croatia, Australia and Egypt.
