Kenya: Children Buried Alive in Landslides

Residents of Lari make their way through the floods following heavy rains.

Eight people have been killed after floods swept away several homes in Kaptarakwa and Kocholwa villages in Keiyo South District last night.

Three children are among those who were buried alive by mudslides in the area. Keiyo South DC Arthur Bunde says rescue operations are currently underway.
