Valencia CF midfielder Sofiane Feghouli on Thursday (December 27th) was named Algerian Player of the Year, in a poll conducted by DZ Foot. Feghouli, 22, beat out Valenciennes FC midfielder Fouad Kadir and Vitoria Guimaraes striker El Arbi Hillel Soudani for the 2012 "DZFoot d'Or".
Feghouli won with 71 per cent of the vote, the biggest margin in the award's 13-year history.
