Globacom, has congratulated pop music stars and Glo ambassadors, P-Square, on the 2012 Channel O Music Video Awards for Most Gifted Duo which they won recently.

At the 2012 Channel O Music Award ceremony held recently at the Walter Sisulu Square in Kliptown, Soweto, South Africa, P-Square won the 'Most Gifted Group/Duo' award for their collaboration with Akon and May D on the hit single 'Chop my money'.

In his reaction to the award, Globacom's Group Chief Operating Officer, Mohamed Jameel, said the award was an honour to the Nigerian music industry as a whole, and Globacom in particular as PSquare have been worthy ambassadors to the company. He applauded the artistes on their award and expressed appreciation to them for being great ambassadors of the company and the country.

He said the Channel O Award for Most Gifted Duo was a tribute to the huge strides Psquare had made not only in Africa, but also on the global music scene.
