Angola: Government to Prioritize Development Study for Zaire Province

Mbanza Kongo — The governor of the northern Zaire province, Joanes André, has announced that the priority for 2013 will be the conclusion of the study of the development programme for the province.

Speaking at the year-end greetings ceremony, the official said his staff will be the tool that will outline strategies for the materialisation in short, medium and long time of the various social and economic programmes.

He highlighted the sectors of water, power, transports, rehabilitation of roads, industry, agriculture, commerce, tourism, culture, fisheries, education, health, employment, youth and sports, social action, co-operation and institutional reinforce, among others.
