ZAMTEL recently held the first draw in the on-going Double Tobela promotion with the Eastern Province being the pilot draw.

The draw which took place in Chipata's Kapata Market had attracted well over 1,000 entries emanating from Katete, Petauke, Lundazi, Mfuwe and Chadiza Districts.

The draw was characterised by dancing competitions, on-spot question and answers including a dramatised interview by Chipata's renowned disk jockeys.

True to its word in the now popular advertising jingle, the competition saw participants with more than one entry walking away with several bicycles and bags of fertilisers each.

The Double Tobela promotion continues till next year with more winners in Northern, Southern, Lusaka, Copperbelt and North Western provinces winning hampers, bags of fertiliser and cows in the regional promo. The grand prize of the competition which is nationwide will see three lucky winners walking away with a three bedroomed flat each and others with school fees worth up to K2 billion (KR2,000,000) i.e. 100 winners to win up to K20,000,000 (KR20,000) each.
