Egypt: Minister - Nation to Resume Negotiations With IMF

Planning and International Cooperation Minister Ashraf al-Arabi said on Friday 28/12/2012 the Egyptian government will resume negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) after Christmas and sign a $4.8 billion loan agreement.

Al-Arabi pointed out that the IMF and other international funding institutions' keenness on offering aid to Egypt will push forward the national economy and attracting more foreign investments.
