Nigeria: Uche Jombo's Premieres 'A Mother Fight'

Nollywood queen of re-invention, Uche Jombo-Rodrigue, actress and producer premiered her movie 'A mother's Fight' in her hometown in Abriba, Abia State on the 24th of December 2012. The actress who is the Ada Nganga I of her town decided to contribute her quota in the only way she knows how and that is through the drama in the emotional film about widowhood.

The premiere was an initiative of her foundation, Uche Jombo and You (UJAY) to contribute to the community service in the town.

A Mother's Fight tells the story of a woman, Ngozi who strives to change certain aspects of her tradition to allow for better lives for herself and her female children.

The movie is directed by Ike Nnebue and stars Uche Jombo-Rodriguez, Bobby Obodo, Kiki Omeili and others. The movie will hit cinemas across the country soon.
