Kiminini aspiring MP Chris Wamalwa has said CORD will double Higher Education Loans Board funds to enhance education if it takes the next government.
He said higher education is the priority of the Cord Alliance. Wamalwa, Ford Kenya candidate urged parents in the area to embrace both basic and higher education to enhance development. Wamalwa was speaking at Kitale School on Saturday after meeting Ford Kenya officials and other party aspirants.
