Addis Abeba is becoming a more structured city by introducing an integrated naming system for all streets and houses.

Initiated by the Wereda 3 police station of Bole District and the community, signs containing the address (block name) and phone numbers of the wereda police station have been erected in 88 blocks around Bole Medhanealem Church. For now the installation of signs is only being undertaken in the Bole District, however, the project is expected to expand to other districts in the coming weeks.
