Six primary schools are among institutions damaged by floods in Kerio Valley and Pokot in the last five days. The schools may not re-open next week because of the ongoing rains in the region. Keiyo South DC Arthur Bunde however says the government will look into ways of relocating the more than 300 children who are among hundreds displaced from their homes.
