Kenyans Urged to Remain Vigilant Over Party Hopping Law

You have been urged to remain vigilant over the Statute law Amendments Bill 2012 that seeks to give politicians two weeks within which to commit to specific parties. International Center for Policy and Conflict boss Ndung'u Wainaina says the bill did not follow the constitutional process, while it will create a lot of confusion on the part of the IEBC if passed into law.
