Eritrea: Bidho General Construction Company Organizes Training for 130 Staff Members

Mendefera — The Administration of Bidho General Construction Company indicated that it has organized a diversified training course for 130 new staff members, 66 of whom are females.

The training that was conducted in its training center at Shekha-Wedi-Bisrat involved the basic concepts of engineering, management and auto mechanics.

Mr. Kiflom Woldesilasie, Administrator of the company, explained that it has been exerting efforts with a view to upgrading the production capacity of its staff through organizing training courses and ensuring an environment for exchange of experience among them.

Among the beneficiaries of the training, Simon Michaele, Selam Andai and Munster Seid lauded the active role of the resource persons, and asserted that they would translate the knowledge they have acquired into deeds.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Mr. Samson Gebresilasie, the company's manager, congratulated the trainees, and called on them to enhance individual efforts to upgrade their level of competence in the respective careers.
