AMERICAN DJ Fully Focus was in town to usher Rwandans into the New Year as he played at the Happy people Party at the MINAFFET Gardens in Kimihurura. South Africa'S DJ Bego, who was here at last year's Happy People, was another foreign DJ while our very own DJ Karim also had his chance to thrill the crowd.

The party which was in its 8th edition, kicked off with DJ Karim playing at around 10pm. He played mainly local and regional hit songs and some dance hall hits for almost an hour before DJ Bego joined him.

Finally it was time for DJ Fully Focus to spin and he started with hip-hop, playing hits of the early 2000's and later embarked on current jams. Fully Focus who resides in Atlanta has accomplished a lot, he started off doing regular pay cut gigs, then moved on to opening up in concerts for A-List & International recording artists such as Akon, Lil Wayne, Busta Rhymes, G Unit, Beres Hammond, Morgan Heritage, to name a few.

Later the DJ's went to Mamba where an after party was held.
