Caimbambo — The bridge over Nongola river on Caimbambo/Cayave road, central Benguela province, was restored over the weekend after 15 days stopped, following its collapsing, due to the heavy rains that hit the region, Angop has learnt.

The bridge is about six metres long and three metres wide and collapsed due to the floods on the river.

The works were carried out by a technical team with the Vista Alegre do Cayate firm, Angop was informed.
