Namibe — Thirteen venues, among halls, private residences, terraces, recreation centres and beaches, were authorised by the Culture Department of the south-west Namibe province to host New Year's Eve parties.
This is expressed in a communiqué from the institution sent to ANGOP on Monday, stating that the organisers have met the requirements to hold such events.
The Culture Department stresses that four sites were selected in the province's capital city to host the festivity.
