Rabat — On the advent of the new year 2013, HM King Mohammed VI received a number of congratulatory messages from the heads of state and government of sister and friendly countries.
The leaders of those countries expressed their wishes for health and happiness to HM the King and for further progress and prosperity to the Moroccan people under his leadership.
