Angola: Defence Minister Advocates Development of Armed Forces

Luanda — The National Defence minister, Cândido Pereira Van-Dúnem, in a message sent to the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA) Staff chief, Geraldo Sachipengo Nunda, hopes that in the ambit of the various tasks and the consolidation of the process of rebuilding the FAA the military can continue to develop actions by observing values of organisation, discipline and rigour to maintain a strong and respected army.

The message of the National Defence minister was issued in the ambit of the end of the year (2012) compliments.

Finally, the minister expressed his sincere wishes, on behalf of the Ministry of Defence and the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA), of a new year full of prosperity.
