A charity organisation, VSO has launched a program to identify children with disabilities who have been hidden away by their parents and help them get education and other basic rights.
Speaking in Kilifi on community action day on Monday, project supervisor, Majina Mwasezi, said the programme will implemented through the International Citizen Service and targets 500 disabled children in the coast province.
