Photo: Capital FM/File The Judicial commission of inquiry into the Tana delta massacres will be forced to incorporate in its final findings and recommendations the cause of the recent violence, the Star has learnt.
This dispels speculations that the commission may be forced to go back to the drawing table after last Friday's fresh attacks that left over 40 people dead.
The commission was caught up with renewed attacks in the middle of writing a report on the initial probe into the violence that left over 130 people dead.
