A former Knut official yesterday after suffering a bout of Asthmatic attack. Jonathan ole Kimei was pronounced died on arrival at the Trans Mara district hospital yesterday night where he had been taken to.

Trans Mara Knut executive secretary Bernard ole Ketere told journalists that the long serving teacher and trade unionist suffered an asthmatic attack in his house.

"The people of Narok County and the entire country have lost a dedicated former teacher and a unionist who fought for the improvement of the welfare of teachers and the education sector as a whole," said Ketere.
