South African duo, Liquideep will be in the country for 2013's first edition of the monthly Blankets and Wine show on Sunday.

The musicians know for their hit BBM will be joined on stage at the Mamba Village by Kenyan stars Dan 'Chizi' Aceda, Makadem and Andrew Wambua & Afrology the Band.

The Liquideep duo is made up of singer/songwriter/producer Ziyon and DJ/producer Ryzor who both have a mutual love of deep house music.

Just two years after their formation they caught the attention of the entire nation with the track Fairytale, which got playlisted on every major station in SA and received a SAMA nomination for Song Of The Year and won a Channel O Music Video Award for Most Gifted Dance Video.

Liquideep's appeal could be put down to the originality of their culture clash between African beat and an awareness of what works on the globe's dancefloors. But it's also down to their ability to craft sweet and memorable songs.

This will be their second performance at the event.

Advance tickets are available for Sh1,500 on ticketsasa and at select Dormans outlets. Tickets at the gate shall be sold at Sh2,000 for adults while children between 5 to 12 years pay Sh500.
