Angola: Ndalatando Bishop Calls for Hope

Ndalatando-The bishop of Ndalatando, Dom Almeida Canda, on Monday here called on the Christians to see the church as a local where they can find the hope for the main problems of the society, Angop has learnt.

The cleric said so when speaking at the traditional ceremony of end of year, adding that the church must be seen by all the Christians as a school of hope by teaching the way of responsible freedom and of the solidarity responsibility in the construction of the well being of everyone.

"We know that peace is only possible if we are capable of giving to the world the reasons of hope. Hope is currently the name of peace. Church must be seen by everyone as a school of hope by teaching for the way of freedom and solidarity for population's well being", he said.
