Angola: Reverend Calls for More Responsibility, Unity Among Families

Ondjiva — The pastor of the Union of Evangelical Churches in Angola in the Southern Cunene province (UIEA), Samuel Bioco Monday in Ondjiva city advised the families for more responsibility and unity in order to develop a decent attitude worthy of living and social welfare.

Speaking to ANGOP, the church authority said that parents and other heads of families should opt for dialogue, mutual understanding and respect in order to ensure a well organised and polite family.

He decried the fact that many families have been hurt when they lost their members in a climate of armed conflict.

According to him, with the peace it is necessary a reflection toward changing behaviour and devote themselves to practice the good.

Samuel Bioco stressed the importance of the families to engage in religious education in order to strengthen the ties with God's word.
