MPs are this morning holding a special sitting as they rush to pass crucial bills before their term expires on January 14. Normally, parliament does not sit on Thursday mornings.They will discuss the supplementary budget and eight bills among them the National Government Co-ordination bill which seeks to restructure the provincial administration into a national government service.
