Egypt: Message From Morsi to UAE President

President Mohamed Morsi has sent a message to UAE President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed al-Nahyan, dealing with bilateral relations and means of developing them to the mutual interest of both countries.

The message handed over by the Aide to the President for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Essam el-Haddad, said Presidential Spokesman Yasser Ali.

During an expanded meeting held with UAE Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Tamer Mansour said the meeting dealt with the issue of the Egyptian nationals held in the UAE, adding Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashed expressed UAE keenness to develop relations with Egypt. As for the issue of Egyptian detainees, the Egyptian Ambassador said it is governed by legal measures adding its details would be announced following the issuance of the indictment bill.
