A Liberian Diplomat J. Moses Gray is today expected to officially launch is New Book entitled " LIBERIA'S EMERGING DEMOCRACY". The ceremony will take place at 2:OOp.m today at the Conference Room of the Press Union of Liberia (PUL) on Clay Street, Central Monrovia.

The former Liberian Ambassador to Washington, D.C., the United States of America and a renowned Liberian author and a Professor at the University of Liberia, and Cuttington University, Dr. Joseph Saye Guannu will deliver a Special Statement on the book.

The President of the University of Liberia, Dr. Emmett Dennis and Managing Director of The INQUIRER Newspaper, Mr. Philip N. Wesseh will serve as chief launcher and co-launcher of the book. Others high profile media personalities and officials of government including the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Information, Cultural and Tourism are expected to attend the occasion.
