Western Sahara: Saharawi Political Detainees in Moroccan Prison of Salé 1 Refuse to Sign the Notice of Their Appearance Before Military Court

The Saharawi political prisoners (group of Gdaim Izik) detain in the Moroccan prison of Salé1, refused to sign the notice of their appearance before Moroccan Military Court in February01, according to the Ministry of Occupied Territories and Communities.

According to the same source this is the third time that the Saharawi political prisoners told about the time of their Military trail, and their rejection to sign the notice comes to protest that they did not receive notify about the postponements of the previous two trials in January13, 2012 and october24.

The source added that the administration of the Moroccan prison still exercises ill-treatment against the Saharawi political prisoners and their health care threatens about humanitarian disaster due to neglect and ignorance by the administration of the Sale1 prison.
