Drinking alcohol regularly will make you fat. The world cancer research fund reveals that alcohol makes up nearly 10% of total calorie intake among drinkers. The fund also shows that taking a large glass of wine is the same as eating two chocolate digestive biscuits. Experts say reducing your alcohol intake will help in maintaining a healthy weight and reduce risk of breast, bowel, mouth and liver cancers.
