A report by NCIC on the controversial appointment of the Kenya Ports Authority management board is ready for release, NCIC chair Mzalendo Kibunjia has said.
Kibunjia told the Star yesterday that the report will however be released only after the conclusion of a court case filed by Malindi MP Gideon Mung'aro to oppose the appointment.
