Nigeria: Minister - FCTA to Fight Quack Medical Practitioners

The FCT Administration (FCTA) has expressed readiness to improve the standard of medical practice in FCT and rid the territory of quack Doctors and medical practitioners.

This is to consolidate on the gains made over the preceding year in 2012 when it closed down 82 sub-standard medical outfits in and around the Nation's Capital, Abuja.

The FCT Minister, Senator Bala Mohammed stated this in Abuja Thursday after looking into the activities of the FCT Health & Human Services Secretariat in retrospect.
