Angola: Six People Drowned On December 31

Luanda — At least six people died over drowning in rivers and beaches on December 31, says the national services of civil protection and fire, Angop has learnt.

The spokesman of this organ of the Home Ministry, Faustino Sebastião, said that the drowning took place in Luanda, Namibe, Cabinda and Bié provinces.

The department also recorded fires in Luanda, Malanje, Uije, Huambo and Huila.
