Luanda — The King of Lunda Tchokwe, Muatchissengue Watembo, on Thursday was received in an audience by the President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, with whom he debated matters on the country's social and economic development, Angop has learnt.
The sovereign told press after the audience that the country's growth must be a balanced one and defended a greater participation of the national businesspeople, mainly in Lundas region.
The King considered important the development process facing the country, but defended the creation of industrial sites and academic zones in Lunda, similar to those ones ongoing in the country.
Muatchissengue Watembo is the 10th King at the Lunda Tchokwe throne.
