Tunis — The investigating judge of Grombalia Thursday issued an arrest warrant against former Justice Minister Sadok Chaabane in the case of murder in 1991 of Ennahdha Movement activist Rachid Shemakhi under torture in the Nabeul National Guard District, the Justice Ministry said.
