Angola: Thirty Physicians to Work in Different Sectors

Luanda — About 30 physicians will be distributed by the municipal hospitals of Luanda, in a ceremony to take place Friday in Luanda provincial health department, Angop learned on Thursday.

The physicians, some newly trained and others emerging from tertiary hospitals, will fill the existing vacancies in municipal institutions in the specialties of internal medicine, orthopedics, gynecology-obstetrics, pediatrics, surgery, dermatology, pulmonologist/hospital management and neuropediatrics.

A source of the provincial department of health said specialists will be Placed, through nomination, in the hospitals of Cazenga, Viana, Sambizanga, Cacuaco, Cajueiros, Samba, Capalanca, Mãe Jacinta Paulino and Augusto Ngangula.

The provincial department of health controls 332 physicians and 4.844 nurses.
