Nigeria: Don Urges FG to Pay More Attention to Education

A professor of mathematics, Joseph Adelodun has advised the Federal Government to pay greater attention to the development of the education sector in 2013 and beyond.

Adelodun, who lectures at Babcock University in IIisan, Ogun, gave the advice on Wednesday in Ilorin while speaking with newsmen.

The don emphasised the importance of mathematics and called for training and retraining of mathematics teachers.

According to him, such training will help teachers to impact the knowledge positively on students.
